Working in busy caregiving roles can be stressful for everyone at times and minding ourselves is becoming more and more important these days. Symptoms of stress can include an on-going feeling of exhaustion, irritability, feeling isolated, sleeplessness, anxious etc. This workshop is a deeply relaxing, hands-on day to learn about greater self-care and optimum stress management. You will learn tools to handle unhealthy symptoms of fatigue to help you thrive in your work and personal life. The workshop includes a number of body wellness practices which can be used for stress reduction on-the-go.

- Its causes and typical symptoms experienced by caregivers
- Ascertaining an accurate picture of your current stress levels
